By submitting this reservation, you are purchasing a VIP Copy Consultation session (“Session”) with AlefTav Virtual Services® (“we” or “our”). You agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Before the Session. Prior to your Session, you agree to submit responses to a questionnaire to give us an overview of the topics to be discussed.
- The Session. After you schedule, you will receive a calendar invitation to your schedule. This invitation will include the location of the Session. The Session will last for up to 60 minutes.
- Information You’ll Need. Please bring the following with you to your Session:
- Brand voice or style guide
- Current website or landing page links
- Previous ad campaigns or emails
- Target audience demographics
- Sales metrics or conversion data
- After Your Session.
- We will provide you with a recap video of the Session within 5 business days. This recap video is for your personal use only. You may not distribute this recap video (including posting on social media) without our express permission.
- We will provide you with a written report to review our summary of findings and recommendations within 5 business days of the Session.
- Continuing Our Work Together. If you would like to continue working together, we can discuss this along with the next step.
- If you choose to work together, $75 from this Session may go towards your next project, to be redeemed within 30 calendar days from the end of our Session, not including the 5 business days to complete the recap video and report.
- Payment. Payment in full is due at the time you schedule your Session.
- Refunds. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted if you do not participate or attend.
- Rescheduling Your Session. If you provide us with at least 2 hours’ notice, we will allow you to reschedule your Session up to 2 times. After that, your Session will be forfeited.
- No Shows. If you have not appeared within the first 10 minutes of the Session’s start time, it will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your Session.
- Confidentiality. All information you share with us will be kept confidential.
- Disclaimer. We will provide you with information during the Session, which you may use within your business. We do not guarantee any results for your business. To the extent that we discuss any potential income, such as sales or strategy, you understand that these are examples of what can happen and not a guarantee of future results.
- Our Intellectual Property. In some cases, we may give you access to content that we have created, such as handouts. All of this content is our intellectual property and is for your personal use only. We reserve all rights in this content. You may not distribute, resell, or create derivative works of our intellectual property.
